
Whit Middlecoff

Whit has been with GBD for nearly 30 years and has been involved in a wide-range of architectural, commercial and institutional projects. He has managed many projects that include office, housing, government, data centers, and healthcare. His collaborative management style and excellent organizational skills have earned him the respect of contractors and clients alike. He strives to produce creative solutions that combine aesthetics with practical functionality.
Whit has managed several on-call tenant improvement contracts with building owners and many of his projects are in Portland’s major downtown office buildings. In addition, he is keenly aware of the leasing process and serves to help both the building owner and tenant.
