360 Bond

Located in the City of Bend, 360 Bond is the largest office building in the area and has a prominent architectural presence.

The design team integrated deep window recesses and shading devices, so that the building could be oriented West to take advantage of the beautiful views to the Deschutes River and Cascade Mountain Range, while reducing solar glare and heat gain. Extensive landscape areas and a rooftop eco-garden use native plantings, which tie the project to its high desert location. 

The 5-story 84,000 sf building includes space for an ODS dental teaching clinic and administrative offices.

Sustainable design features include: water efficient landscaping and fixtures; construction waste recycling; high indoor air quality standards; minimized light pollution; reclaimed hardwood flooring; FSC certified wood; low VOC; water-based paints; high performance glazing and envelope; and an eco roof and high-emissivity roof.
