The Elwood – Hassalo on Eighth

The Elwood Building is a five-level mixed-use project with ground floor retail and 143 for-lease residential units (average 665 square feet). Additionally, this block is home to Green Zebra Grocery, which serves the district with  alternative shopping options for prepared food, staples as well as a distinguished beer and Kombucha selection. The building massing is U-shaped and encloses a residential amenity courtyard at level two. The Elwood Building views primarily overlook the new outdoor plaza and the new pedestrian street to the west, as well as surrounding views within the district.  Residential amenities include: elevated courtyard terrace, eco-roof for rainwater treatment, and a Community Roof at Level 5 with an outdoor terrace.
