GBD employee and relentless learner, Xiaofei Ren, has been awarded the NAIOP Diversity Scholarship. While she’s not working on architecture design, construction documentation and building permitting on mixed-use, residential, office, high-rise, renovation and master planning projects for GBD, she has been taking part in the Master of Real Estate Development program through Portland State University.

Xiaofei is one of four students to receive a $5,000 graduate student scholarship through NAIOP that supports individuals from demographics that are traditionally underrepresented in commercial real estate.
