Lane Community College Building 4

The Building 4 renovation project included: remodeling approximately 13,500 sq. feet on the upper level of the existing Health Professions building (built in 1964); restating the department’s overall presence; and upgrading the existing mechanical and electrical building systems.

In addition to a fully redesigned and relocated Health Professions department, offices and support spaces, this renovation added seven new, state-of-the-art general use “smart classrooms” for the LCC campus—including one of the first new video conferencing classrooms.

Building 4 was designed to LEED Silver equivalent.
