830 Oregon Square Redevelopment

Located at a convergence of Portland’s most interesting eastside neighborhoods, the 830 Oregon Square Building is part of the development that has fundamentally transformed this neighborhood into a vibrant place for people to live, work, and play. GBD took the opportunity to repair this urban fabric by introducing a mixed-use, dense development that creates a 24-hour neighborhood. 830 Oregon Square is part of an existing four-office-building superblock, that was dated and struggling to gain new tenants.

The renovations for this building has yielded over 55,000 sq ft of new Class “A” creative office opportunity for future customers and provides excellent proximity to amenities, public transportation, and downtown Portland. The building provides access-controlled bike storage, a fitness center with showers and lockers, a sunken private garden, an expansive rooftop terrace, as well as on-site parking at 2 spaces per 1,000 RSF.
