Domaine Serene Wine Lounge

Domaine Serene LO is a 5,000 sf restaurant and wine bar with a priority on wine first. The design team was tasked with creating a wine focused space while also blending aspects of food, music, and education. The program includes a variety of experiences such as lounge groupings, open dining, private dining rooms, and 60 climate controlled private wine lockers that hold over 2,800 bottles.

The space was designed with flexibility in mind, offering two large dining rooms that can be transformed into varied levels of privacy for large groups, wine education classes, or events with seating up to 130 customers. The main dining space boasts a grand, 12 foot high structurally glazed, climate-controlled wine tower that holds over 3,000 bottles, the largest in Oregon.
