Evergreen Administration Building

GBD helped the district to master plan, program, and test fit sites for a new ASC to house the District’s 232 employees. The selected site for the new ASC will share space with the relocated Legacy High School and the 49th Street Academy and Transitions. GBD is now working with EPS to design their new office building; a 3-story building housing all the ASC functions together under one roof, with new flexible open meeting/conferencing accommodations for various district and community functions.
GBD’s design will greatly improve the work experience of the staff while providing an inviting, sensitive and secure environment for students and parents. These qualities, along with attention in design to health and sustainability, will create an extraordinary improvement over their existing facilities.
