Spanning 360,000 GSF, it offers 250 units across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, along with extensive amenities. The building includes dining options (formal dining, café, bar, and wine lounge), a wellness center with fitness facilities, an indoor pool, and massage rooms, plus a rooftop activity space.

A proposed retail component aligns with the waterfront master plan, complementing the transition from commercial to residential use. The design prioritizes inclusivity, positioning Memory Care and Assisted Living spaces centrally to provide equitable access to views, materials, and amenities, fostering community integration among all residents. The property also features 100,000 GSF of underground parking with 250 stalls.
